How come in FSX even on planes fully compatable for the game i lose textures so like i'll get some of the wings probably miss most of the wing but maybe the leading edge and most of the fuselage and white doors and on my P-51 it is missing everything cept on one wing i has half of the D-day stripes

and when i look in tower view from far away it shows all my textures

any help would be appreciated thanks!

I am going to guess it is a video card issue. I have a Gforce MX4000 and a lot of planes have no textures. It is my opinion that this is do to lack of enough memory in the card. My current card has only 128mb. I have a new card wrapped up that I cant have til X-mas that has 256mb. From what I have read this will help solve this problem. It seems that when the RAM on the card gets full, the first textures that are eliminated are the aircraft textures
