I had the blessing of growing up with my father in the Air Force and watched him log 25k hours with many different fighter planes.  I loved being around all the different air craft and watching them fly overhead, land and take off.  I also loved flying myself.  My father and some of his friends would take me up in twin seat Cessna's and teach me the basics of flying.  It has been awhile since those days and lately, I've gotten the urge to fly again and completely plan on getting my private pilot license someday.  However, health and financial difficulties prevent this from being possible at this time.  I do hope and pray that it will come to fruition in the future. 

So a friend of mine and I have gotten hooked on FS9 and absolutely love it.  We spend many hours learning about anything and everything we can and then share with each other what we have learned.  Just last night we flew together in the multi-player mode for the first time and had a blast.  I've taken a few screen shots that I'm going to post at the end here for you to enjoy. 

I really look forward to becoming a part of this community and learning from the veterans of the pixel skys  .

I have a very nice scroll wheel, so that doesn't bother me, but it's about bandwidth usage, etc...
The miserable souls  who keep the fire burning under the SimV servers live on Saltines and water and never see the light of day, all so we can post messages and images... a little sympathy...please read the rules before continuing.

It's not a big deal once you get used to it- and thumbnails are allowed, so you can post your masterpieces in all their glory...
