Thought this video was interesting.  No autogen, and may not look great from lower levels, but still fairly nice.

Fantastic at high altitudes.... Grin...!
Featureless at low altitudes, and on the ground... Cry...!

Ive never used any.  Is it just flat when you land with no items to view except autogen?  Todd

I basically posted the same FSX video flight without any addons (don't even have the latest nVidea G4 video drivers)

its very friendly to frames and it can infact give you more as your not rendering all those little trees and things

i would use VFR if you could put trees and buildings on it to make it mroe 3d when your on the ground,
i would love to be able to go flying around snowdonia and my locla area and see things as they are but its when you get low its just flat and horrible.
