I believe SAS has those on their A340s (and A330s perhaps).

This is very cool.. but it begs the question: why are the airlines and the manufacturers so resistant to the idea of mounting small exterior cameras that provide the
crew
with useful views of parts of the plane they can't see from the flight deck, if they're willing to add to the weight and complexity of the planes by adding these "just for fun" cameras?
