You should be doing better than that.

How much RAM do you have and whats your Graphics card?

(If you don't know, then press start, then run and type in dxdiag then enter. That'll tell you what your system is. Your graphics card should be listed under the display tab at the top.

Also, what are your settings in the game at?

Got rid of the rainbow colors but, now I'm getting this:

Ok. I'm afraid your problem is lack of RAM and the intel graphics chip. Try the settings suggested in the link provided by Alx and then if there's still no joy then you'll have to consider getting another 500mb of RAM and a fairly stonk graphics card. Once you've done that you should be able to run all sliders on 5 no problems.

I know how much of a pain in the arse this is. Because I need to do exactly the same to my PC to get CFS3 running properly.

Here's my hint tell the dell to burn in hel*-oh ok sorry about that dells and dells older than 2 years suck graphic wise and with no AGP slot your stuck with buying a older PCI slot card not the newer 16x cards but the older ones, trust me 5 dells later their all the same, and I work with them daily, Burn Dell burn Wink
