You heard it, a Quest in FSX, or a continuation of the flight Gunnerman and I did back in early 2005! We said we would fly from KLAX all the way across the USA with a map
http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=paywareshots;action=displa...
found there.... I want to continue you it, but this time in FSX and because Gunnerman isnt available for a while. So is anyone interested in flying with me across the USA? I havent a clue what airports to fly too, but I'll find em I guess.
Cheers, Gunny

Dude, that looks like a blast! I am so up for it! Default 172 maybe? Or something bigger, like 208? You tell me man! Let's do it!

High Flight Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of earth And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings; Sunward I've climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth Of sun-split clouds - and done a hundred things You have not dreamed of - wheeled and soared and swung High in the sunlit silence. Hov'ring there I've chased the shouting wind along, and flung My eager craft through footless halls of air. Up, up the long delirious, burning blue, I've topped the windswept heights with easy grace Where never lark, or even eagle flew - And, while with silent lifting mind I've trod The high untresspassed sanctity of space, Put out my hand and touched the face of God.&&

The planes of choice will be something like that Carenado in the screens with the map. In the pacific northwest we need a double engine hauler (or something powerful like the mooney) The winds up there can kill you. I warn you, this trek is probably a good 5000 Nautical miles, We did 5 flights before my school got tied up with me and I couldnt continue! This time I plan on making it to Maine!
Cheers, Gunny
EDIT: This will probably be over 100 hours of FSX time as well, LONG LONG trek... I aint kidding you!

Hmmm... This sounds interesting... Well you have a "most likely" here!
Before I decide on anything I'll check my FPS in the USA. And also if I fly with you I'll have to take something a bit bigger like a DC-3 or Learjet 45. Thinking about flyin a twitchy 172 over the US for hours does not make me feel good.

The biggest I'll fly is a King air 350, or maybe a PMDG 1900 but no bigger really (For me personally) Its a long flight, notice that thread was on april 17th 2005... thats almost a year and a half, School caught up with me and I couldn't complete it! Takes a LOT of time

Since Gunnerman is coming back soon, This flight is temperarily postponed, sorry for not getting back on this sooner... But I'd like to have him come along with the ride
