I am going to get a race up and running tonight at about 20:00 GMT. The race will be held around TNCM and the netherlands antilles area.
The course will be from the beach end of the runway heading south to st Barthelemy. For you to have completed this leg your wheels must touch teh runway at st. Barthelemy.
Then from St Barthelemy the next leg is up to Grand Case (on the same island as TNCM) again the wheels must touch the runway.
The next leg is then down to TNCM and once agen the wheels must touch the runway.
here is a course map for you, in the session i have just finished one lap.
there that is one lap.
There will be between 2 and 4 laps depending on the time it take to do one, i will test this out and get back to you on here
If you would like to join then please say on here, but if you havent put your name down here dont worry you can come and join in anyway
8:00 GMT unless told otherwise by me
he aircraft will be the default Extra 300S with FS9
Hope you can join
cheers
james

lilley, you know i'd love to join, but between finalizing Screenart Wars entries, my wife on my back all day to do farm chores, and a band practice at 23:00 GMT, it's not looking too promising...I will try though. If I can it's 20:00GMT TNCM, in the only aircraft I can't fly for my a**

Sounds like ill have to give you an Extra 300 tutorial (after that Eurofighter one about a year ago) Danny.
I should be able to make it, if my band practice has finished.

sorry but we cn only use one type of sim because with the different sims the flight dynamics of the two aircrfat might be different giving either the FS9 runners or the FSX runners a clear and unfair advantage.
as for the coursemap i will just go take a screenshot and then edit it where nesecary and i will post it in my original post at the top of this thread
give me 5 mins

at the moment we are saying two laps as as you will have found it isnt the shortest course in that airplane but for those who havent flown the course before the actual race we will say 2 laps until after the first lap where we can have a vote to decide whether to go for more laps.
so 2 laps at the moment but this is subject to chnge after the first lap
cheers
james
and if you think that we should set a definate number then tell me what you think and il see what we shall do.
all will be completely explained on the server
