No, not some crazy new payware, TONGASS FJORDS!
I won this scenery at Canadian Pilots, and I must say it is simply the most amazing addon for flight sim EVER! Its FSX in FS9. There are AI Boats, animated birds, insanely amazing terrain, and just so much more that it would take too long to list it all.
If you want a good scenery, get tongass!

Its EXTREMELY respctable on frames. 90% of the time I hit my 20 locked, and the lowest it ever drops is still flyable, surprising considering the HUGE amount of detail

it is a great scenery package. I like to sometimes just get the 206 anphib, or the scout anphib and just fallow the boats on the water.
