okay, heres the problem. every time i've been trying to download something off simv/avsim i get a page of compleate nonsense. here is a screenshot (the text connot be copy/pasted in this case)
...
this has happed first once one week ago please help!

It appears your Zip utility is bonkers. The picture you show is what the file looks like to a text reader. Check to be sure the file is indeed going to right place.

You are opening the zip file within the browser. Open it with WinZIP or WinRAR or something.

That is what I am thinking you have it set to "open file" instead of "save file"
Download and save the file then unzip.

changed the pic, all of a sudden it is working perfectly, i didn't try to do anything. WEIRD
