Hi Guys, here we go then....
You must subscribe to fileplanet before following these instructions!(Your shout, I subscribed for a quater which was about £12.00 and once i logged in i went to my account manager and i unsubscribed!
There is a catch. You will not get a key. Without this key you can play a fully functional beta for a time limited 30 Minutes.
From what I can tell the non activated Beta is still 100% functional, but with the same time limit as the demo.
To get your download do this:
Make sure you are logged into Fileplanet
Go to gamespy.com
Where it says "Search for a Game" type in "Flight Simulator" and search.
On the Next Page click on Flight Simulator X
on the next page, scroll down to where is says "Around the Network"
Click on "Flight Simulator X Bet...at Fileplanet"
Click on Download this File now.
Extract with Download Manager, Install
So they have made it available for all to download, just with a time limit. I was able to see all the airports, planes, etc. Its good for an advanced peak. (By aibal avsim)

It still tells me that it's only available to subcribed members.

The key is issued via e-mail for people who actually
were
selected for the beta tests. If you haven't subscribed and haven't recieved a selection confirmation via e-mail from fileplanet that means that you were not selected. In that case you can still have the possibility to download the demo (via method described above) but you will have a 30 min limit when you will play FSX Beta (as stated above).

Sorry mate can't help you there as i don't own a beta so it's hard to fix something when you don't own it.
