I've been watching the Red Bull Air Races on FSN here in the US and was wondering if theres an add on scenery that has the course or is it already in FS9? I didnt see it, but hoped someone here could clue me in. These guys are incredible flyers with awesome machines! Shocked

Thanks.

If you like air racing here is a club that races Reno style on line. You can fly in and park and just watch or go racing. It looks pretty neat.

We have some Red Bull scenery here at SimV and there is a new Budapest one (you need the Lago Budapest scenery for it however) at Avsim Wink

Holy Sh#t!
I just did a web search for Red bull air racing and watched some of the videos. You are right, these flyer are unbelievable. When I first saw an ad for the races was several years ago and they were fling down a hilly course. After watching the Budapest race I see they too race on flat courses, water for that mater, that stuff is a lot more unforgiving than sand, just ask Steve Hinton who ogred in at over 450 mph (on ABC`s Americian sportsman for that matter) flying the highly modified P-51 Red baron I belive testing  to set another speed record...and survived even though the plane completely disintegrated, I mean completely. I remember seeing the dash board and one of his running shoes lying on the sand. With water it is very hard and when it stops being non-compressible it get real sticky. I am surprised those planes can turn like that caring those big brass balls Grin
Jim, could you send me the adress for the site that you watch the races on. Cheers
