Zone Alarm free version - pb with opening my ports (Read 152 times)

Hey guys, here's today's problem.

I've been flying online for four or five months now, but my problem is that I'm using the free version of Zone Alarm and it seems that I can't open my ports manually. As a result I have to disable it when I'm flying online.

I did a few searches and it seems that you have to buy the full version to be able to open your ports manually. I find this firewall very good but this "issue" really is a pain in the a$$.

Any suggestion about how to solve this problem (except buying the full version Tongue) would be gratly appreciated Smiley.

try disableing it when you are doing MP, then turn it back on afterwords.

You should be able to allow FS9 through as an excepted program the same as your browser.

It is, but you can't open all the needed ports in FS9.... can you?

For instance, for sam's server you need to have ports  23456,  6073 and 23432 open but you can open only two of them in FS9.

Tell me if I'm wrong, I'm saying that but maybe am I completly mistaking Embarrassed.
