...Richard Noble's big project following on from Thrust SSC - to make a modern affordable air taxi. It was called the Farnborough F1 - and nothing had really been heard of it for several years - until now...

It flew last month! Grin

Coming from the man behind Thrust SSC (which deserved far more publicity and praise than it got), I took a look at this new bird.

It's fast.  It's sleek  It's comfortable.  It's economical.  It'll maybe revolutionise that particular sphere of air transport.  But many GA planes these days have curves in all the wrong places, and this is one of them!

Hopefully it'll make more profit than Thrust SSC ever did...

It looks like a cross between a PC-12, TBM700, and Eclipse 500.
