Just had a peek in the controls section and I found a setting for "Request Fuel Truck" and also something like "repair and refuel". There are also a few other interesting ones such as APU and glider tow line...

i believe its shift f for the fuel truck, and shift j for jetway, i just havent found a place they work yet...

the list of controls i think is from alt, under help and controls or also under options, settings, controls
