Happy now?  I got the best I could.  My graphics card cannot handle FSX very well, I need a new one but theres no way my parents will let me get one.

Much better! That what I like to see  8)

I'd say an 8 ...

Tip from Kip: You might consider adding a few dramatic clouds and not have the sun in the middle of the shot.

Otherwise it's really nice!

Adding clouds would have blown up my graphics card and theres nothing I can do about the sun.

This is my last FSX pic for a long time, its just so intense that I would need a new graphics card to run it, and I am just going to wait for when I go to college next year when I get a laptop to even think about running FSX (yes, you can get laptops that will run FSX)

So that means 248FPS are gone up in smoke? You know, I personally think that MS will have to improve on the performance issues as even people with high end rigs get crap FPS near land and all...I don't think water is a problem here...think about it, 8-15FPS on an island...I shudder to think what'll happen in the middle of New York City... Shocked Shocked Shocked

nice pic jake. a small 7 for me... no clouds, and the horizon line in the middle of the pic are the reason...

as I said already, when FS9 went out most comp couldn't handle it, it's only two year later with high end computers that we could get the beuatifull pics we see down here.

then it's the same for FSX, you will be able to run it smoothly with all the parameters maxed out on a high end computer in 2 year or so...that's the way it is.

by the way I run FSX on a laptop. 6 month old, it was the highest I could get at that time. now you have laptops running with 2 geforce 7900gt!!!!! Shocked  more than 3000€... Cry

Because I cant run FSX.  Id much rather fly the MAAM DC-3 in a sim that I can actually fly it, not watch a slideshow of it
