I like the dark sky. I can imagine how the U-2 spyplane would look like FSX.

I went to
1.1 BILLION FEET
before I realized that there is no ceiling and decided to see how planes fly at 1.1 billion.  In case you were wondering, they dont fly LOL

And it was dark, there were lots of stars, and you could see the WORLD! IT WAS A GLOBE!  WITH AN ATMOSPHERE!

ummm 1.1 billion feet.......
i hate to be cynical, but can we have some proof of that please?
if you did go that high, imagine the whole new dimension that can be brought into this sim!
it isnt a flight sim or a space sim, it seems like a whole LIFE simulator the rate it is going!!
cheers,

Mark

Anybody tried to use the map to give an altitude and speed to the aircraft so that it stays in orbit ?
Something like 120 kms high and 8 km/sec speed ? FS9 would not let you enter such values, I wonder if FSX allows it ?

Try again.  I've already tested all of the Eaglesoft models in the FSX Demo and they loaded just fine.  Granted, there are some minor issues, but those won't be that difficult to correct in time for the FSX RTM... Wink
