Yeah, mid august is probably the best time. Ill send a message around to anyone that has shown interest.

EDIT: I've decided to only allow WW2 aircraft.

Ok. Heres the info regarding where to land, taxi etc. All is explained here:
...
Ill post this, along with much more info, rules etc. on the front page of this and also in the main multiplayer forum nearer the time. Looks like August 12th is the date, yet to be confirmed.

Cheers.

Im fairly sure the show will be on August 12th. Do you have any videos? I'd like to see a display but weve already said that it is WW2 aircraft only; i dunno, maybe we could make an exception for the Reds. I'd like to see some pics/videos before i make a desision though. Plus (and this has already been discussed) the impact on framerates for such a display may be massive.
Cheers.

Also, Teamspeak will be open that day, I should have a special channel made for the airshow. I think it would be more conveinient to talk in TS than in the fs chatbox. I will be out of town that day, so any trouble you have with the server can't be dealt with immediately.

I'm not sure what the business with the displaying aircraft park is. Will all of the aircraft displaying have to stay there for the whole show, or like others, go over to the audience side?

The displaying aircraft can go over to the audience after they've displayed but beforehand (when preparing etc.) it is probably easier if they are in the same place (just to make it easier for taxiing etc). I dont mind though, if its a bad idea then ill change it and just put everyone in the same place. What do you think?

Probably best for the displaying aircraft to go over to that side a couple of displays before them. That way they can see most of the show from the right angle!
