Not surprised considering there are few teams interested.
Never been a fan of his anyway. If Mclaren were smart they would put all their effort into convincing Kimi to stay on with Alonso. If they cant win at least one of the championships with those two they may aswell not bother.

Not suprised - I've always thought of him as highly overated & an arrogant little *****. I've never rated him as much of a driver after his Indycar years.

you and me both. But hey, he did bring some attitude to the sport when it needed it most.
My question is this.
Does the speed this has happend, litterally a day, have anything to do with Villenueve mentioning at the Canadian GP that he was interested in a switch to NASCAR next year? I am thinking JPM saw his chance of a seat in a top team next year gone, so he got in before JV could with a big name?
