Use Traffic Tools from Microsoft to easily find and view all your active AI.
Remember: after unzipping place the TrafficToolbox.dll in the FS9 Modules folder (this piece of info is missing from the Readme).

PAI F-16's ??  I don't think there are any AI F-16's associated with PAI are there?

Either way you could always check your traffic files by decompiling them using TTools, checking to see which files include AI F-16's and then checking the flightplans to see where they are flying to/from.

As Bill said Traffic Toolbox from MS will show you all the AI that are in the "active" area.  IOW if the aircraft that you are looking for are not in the "active AI" area they won't show up in the "spreadsheet" format that Traffic Toolbox uses.

I believe the "active AI" area is something like a square box of 120 miles x 120 miles around the user aircraft.  Only the AI that are flightplanned in that "active" area show up in the sim, all the rest of the ai in the files lie in waiting so as not to bog down your system.
