Im in that quest for quality and performance again, but Ive run out of things to do!  Ive done every CFG change I can find, upgraded the computer till my wallet went dry, and prayed.  But still I cant get the quality or performance I want.  Are there any general tweaks that I could make to get better graphics or better performance?

See system below

There really isn't anything. When it all comes down to it, your system is maxed out. I would start with a new processer, Athalon 3700+ $235 and then get a 7900GT $270 to go along with it. You also might benifit from 2GB of RAM $190. The preformance that your looking for really can't be achieved by your current set of hardware.

Sorry Sad

Cheers

lol having a perfectly unblurey and smooth sim here.. I rearly don't see how a service like FSGS could help unless they had a tweek that increased the resolution of all my textures without a huge performance hit.  The FPS goes down below smooth (60ish) to about 20 in cities which is annoying but that's due to only having a 5900xt and I much prefer bush flying anyway  Tongue
