Hello to all
This is my first post and also I am somewhat new to FS. Nonetheless, I have made my own airline, however I do not know how to get the tower peronal to indicate the name of the airline. For example, the tower will state name of LandMark but not the name of the airline that I have created. What file do I have to change or add. Do I have to make a special sound file that includes the name? Are there any special tools available that I need to use? Any help is welcome, thank you

Recency, welcome to SimV.

FS-ATC has a fixed list of airline callsigns, as well as aircraft models, that it is programmed to speak. For a list of airlines and aircraft that FS-ATC recognizes go here.

All of the ATC communication's recognized words and phrases (including callsigns) are coded in a binary file named 'USEnglishbig.gvp', in the FS2004\Sound\ folder. This file cannot be edited directly.

This file can be modified using a program called Editvoicepack. By installing the program and applying the latest update many more airlines and aircraft will be added to the recognized list. The new list will contain most real world airlines, big and small, as well as many popular virtual airlines.

The program can also be used to create new callsigns. This is done by assembling 'snippets' of sound to form a new word or phrase.

The update part is easy. Creating new takes a little more effort, but is not that difficult. User guide and Tutorials are available at the Editvoicepack site.

Hello Dave: ThankYou.
So thats why I was unable to find those files.  Roll Eyes. I opened almost every file that was possible with notepad in search for those sound files.
I have found this following utility: http://www.microsoft.com/games/flightsimulator/fs2004_downloads_sdk.asp#atcvoice...; .
However, I am not sure if this can produce the same results as the voicepack that you have listed.  Maybe it's the same program, havn't had a chance to look at them yet. Anyways, I surely will like the tutor that is included with your voicepack, something that I will certainly need.
Again, ThankYou so much for your help.
