Anyone experience of the Altitude Concorde add-on for FS2002 & 2004? (Koch Media Ltd).   Has anyone got this flying well and any tips on getting the best from this program?    Model looks good but understanding the system daunting!   With thanks - Dizzydave.

The only way to fly it properly is to follow the manual and use the systems correctly..... and yup its daunting. I haven't bothered with it as I'm still getting to grips with the PMDG 747.

I bought this a while back and i have to say im not pleased with it. Its just too complex for my liking and i found its performance on my PC to be very poor. I agree with you that the model is good. In fact i think its excellent, but on my PC its unflyable due to low frames Cry But of course if you like complex aircraft sytems and equally complex flight dynamics (and have a fast pc) Wink then this is definately for you!!

Thanks for the above posts guys: believe the B747 comes with a manual: this would be a big help with the Concorde - there are manuals in PDF format on the CD but they seem to be written for the real thing rather than the sim - may be that's how realistic this program is!!   I've crashed my computer several times attempting to fly this beauty and can quite see how it will slow the frame rates.   Actually, the plane is difficult to crash - I've overshot the runway only to plough on intact through trees and houses!
