Please forgive the delay. I have moved the cd's from my basement to a table near the front door. The're soon to make their way to my car, then all I need to do is visit the post office to see how much it costs to send them to Denmark. I haven't forgotten about you, I just keep forgetting about the CD's.

I know that, and i know that he has been "banned" from his computer.

Its just a community forum, and if people see this kind of Behaviour/language, people may get used to it, and start doing it here.

OK, So back in April, Adam from Abacus (for the 2nd time) promised me "the CD's are in the mail", and I still haven't revieved my CD's. Both times, he was very nice, but alas, no CD's.

Oh well. I like Extreme Landscapes, I just want my Alaska and Hawaii scenery. ???

So, I'm gonna give one more whack at this dead horse.

I bought Extreme Landscapes over a year ago. I registered online so I would get the promised Alaska and Hawaii scenery. Abacus sent me......the original package without Hawaii and Alaska. I emailed Abacus explaining the error and offered to send the erroneously sent CD's back. The were very polite, told me to keep the CD's and stated they would send me the correct CD's. 6-8 months elapsed and no CD's. I saw this thread and felt encouraged I would finally get results. I emailed Abacus again. They were very polite and promised to send me the correct CD's. It is now September, no CD's.

Is this how Abacus treats their customers?
