FOr the Airtruck (Photo 1), the earlier design was started by Bennet. The "current" Transavia Airtruck PL-12 is the latest incarnation.

Answers for the two last:
#5: Vedo Villi
I try not to pick on designers before 1920 but I couldn't resist this one. This French craft was built in 1911 with a pusher engine.
#6: Linke-Hofmann R1
This German heavy bomber prototype of 1917 had a fuselage that entirely filled the interplane gap, which was supposed to improve lift to drag ratio. Performance was limited and the structure was weak, the first had its wings fold during a test flight and the second crashed, ending development. Four Mercedes engines drove two propellors.
