Dont use windows media player and wait until google earth is back up? Or if you have a router/Firewall make sure the ports are open/programs allowed! Cheers, Gunny

Make sure IE is not set to work offline.

While on IE go to File, then make sure work offline is not ticked. Wink

Disable Norton and everything firewall/virus related to determine if these are causing the problem -- also check windows firewall. If page still does not display, could be a server issue (their problem, not yours), or some obscure internet properties setting. In which case, set everything to default.

If it were just a WMP problem, I would say double check your WMP internet settings, but you Google Earth ain't working either.  Has you Google Earth ever worked properly?

AOL is less than stellar, and I would be preparing my pointing finger in a case like this.
