I've some old bldgs in my files that I would like to add to fs9 but can't figure out just how to do it can anyone help. it say's to put hangar api folder into my Airport for windows api folder. this will make it easy to find. I looked into ALL folders in fs9 and don't have any such thing, it sure would add to my my airport in philly.

Until someone provides you with specific instructions, how about clicking on "new folder" and creating an api folder in your FS folder?
