M.R.Maiornikov, Pete burns people slowly in damp fires nailed to trees by their assets for such remarks. Shocked

I'm warning you - be careful!  Wink

Now I come to think of it this has happened to me before now. I forget what it was all about now but I'm sure it was something my end & nothing to do with the forum or the main site. In my case rebooting the PC usually fixed it.

man people just stop these speculations :every website gives an admin the right to change the background. I bet pete did it and i didn't like it. There is nothing, nothing, related to computers here.

Usually they don't last long - but it's all I can think it is as nothing on the site has changed.

Or maybe not pete but some other admin. Man i should have took the printscreen, instead of white background it was in lines and had purple,white,back,etc...colors.

Mai, calm down. The majority of people here haven't had it happen to them so it shouldn't be that big of a deal.

oh man, guy get it straight. The thing i saw was in no way related to computers. I bet one of the admins just changed the background.Because when i clicked on forum the background was normal white. Now a message to admins : Just admit you did something to background and end this speculations.Anyway i don't even know why this thread goes on. The background is white now so the person who changed it before changed it back. End of story. Next time i will take pictures of it.Never thaugh this could strat conspiracy theories.

My understanding is that the only admin that has power on the site itself is Pete-he is the true owner of the site.  I believe the other admins are for the forum only.  If the forum only was changing colors, it could be any of the admins-but I think only Pete can make changes to the main site itself.

That said, Pete said he didn't change anything so he didn't-why would he lie.  Either it was an ad or just a computer glitch-who cares though, if its working now then its working.

Nothing was changed - Anyway all changes are made on non live pages & tested 1st -

+ We don't make mistakes & not admit it. Grin

Some ads can  indeed effect the way the whole page is displayed. They are not supposed to happen & usually will be spotted by our agency & removed quickly - as seems to have happened in this case.
