Although the autobahns in Germany are not subject to an overall speed limit (the blue speed limit signs, usually showing 130kmh(81 mph), are advisory  maximum speeds  for good road, weather, and traffic conditions), many stretches of autobahn are covered by signed speed limits, which are mostly closely observed by the Germans.

Speed limits are implemented rigorously. Radar traps are frequent and heavy on-the-spot fines can be levied.

Not an issue for a truck thats limited to 56MPH, however.
