Hello: I´m begginer on AI traffic addons. I want install some PAI AI traffic, but I installed before Tolmachevo Traffic and others Airlines. Today run ok on my comp. My question: If I install PAI, this installation remove - erase - overwrite my previous russian AI traffic, or PAI works toghether with this?

I no want loose my russian AI traffic currently installed.

Sorry for my non good english.

Regards from Spain.

I havent used PAI for some time but it  shouldn't bother your current traffic file(s).

To be safe you can back up your current traffic files(s). The file(s) location and name depend on your FS version.

FS2002-.....\(FS2002)\SCENEDB\ATC\.. one file named 'traffic.bgl'.

FS2004-....\(FS9)\Scenery\World\scenery\...default traffic is in 'traffic030528.bgl'. Addon traffic file(s) are normally in the form of 'traffic_xxxxx.bgl', where 'xxxxx' is descriptive of the addon.

I actually don't PAI to be much help. I always find that manual installation of AI is more effective, as you have much more control over what you are installing. I'm sure there are a few tutorials on the web (in fact, I'm certain), and once you've got the hang of it, it's extremely easy to do (even if it gets a little tedious).

Very thank you for the replies... but my doubt still exist. I installed some airliners (AI) manually, Tolmachevo Traffic is automatic (and very nice), but PAI seems to offer too much airlines. The problem is the compatibility.

Buenos dias, senor:
Firstly, may I suggest reading the PAI Manual Online in English I don't know if there's a Spanish version.

The good news is, you have several Install options:
1.) Automatic
2.) Custom
3.) Manual

Backup you existing Traffic_PAI.bgl and place it in a safe folder.

You could even rename it Traffic_PAI-1.bgl and allow the PAI Automatic Installer to create a new Traffic_PAI.bgl file (but you could create duplicates in the is way)

Anyway, this info and what is in the Online PAI Readme shoud get you on the correct path to managing all your PAI addon traffic.
Good Luck
