After the 797, Boeing should go to 808 and start the cycle over. They could certainly count on a lot of orders from China if the number 8 is so important there.

People keep saying that and are apparently suprised when Boeing called the 7e7 the 787. Apparently calling it the 787 after the 777, 767, 757, 747 etc was totally illogical and the only possible explanation is that the number 8 is supposed to be lucky to the chinese. This is a theory I am happy to call bullsh*t.
