Hi,

I have just installed S-Combo and get the following error messages.

"One or more programs you are using are not accredited to an unregistered copy of FSUIPC. Please see the FSUIPC.LOG for details."

"No hot key slots...Wrong version of FSUIPC installed."

I have installed the 2002 upgrade patch so S-Combo is running as version 2.0.0 and the latest version of FSUIPC 3.500.

If I have to register FSUIPC to make it work, OK, but no mention was made that a registered version was required and I wonder if there is some other reason.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ivor

For FS2002 I'd get rid of FSUIPC 3.x.  It adds no functionality to FS2002 and you have to go through the hassles of registering gauges.

That might be what's causing the Wrong version of FSUIPC installed error.

If you can't find the last version 2.x (and it can be pretty hard to find) let me know and I'll email it to you.

Edit - I don't see S-Combo on the list of free FSUIPC registrations.

Many thanks for your reply, yes I would like to try your version of FSUIPC if you could email to me. I will try it and get straight back with a reply if it works.

Thankyou

Ivor

It's on the way.  To be safe back up fsuipc.dll and fsuipc.ini before you remove them from the Modules folder.

The next time you run FS a new fsuipc.ini file will be created with default settings.

After you have received it go back and modify your post to delete your email address so the bots can't harvest it.
