I run FF 1.0.7...here's my little problem. After I exit, and then want to restart Firefox again, I can't. It wont fire up. The cursor will show a sand clock and nothing will happen. The only way to get FF running again is to end the process...which is not the best thing to do. Also, I can't delete the shortcut. It gives me an error saying Cannot read from source or something like that...I tried re-installing FF 1.0.7 still no good...any one got any ideas? Oh and restart solves the problem for a little bit.....
Cheers,

If you still see it in the task manager after you have exited then there was an error when you exited.  I have that problem every now and then when a huge java application takes forever to load and I get disgusted and exit.  I have always killed the process in the task manager with no ill effects.

This may be a similar problem.

Hopefully 1.5 will be out in a couple of days and that will fix things.
