I was reading one of the threads below and I realize that there is a software and can convert one format to another. However, I am unsure about hoe to convert Quick Time videos to *.wav format.

Does anyone know of any tool that can do that?

I think you have a fundamental problem converting a video format to an audio format, so I'll assume you just want to strip out the audio to a separate .wav file.

My first choice would be to search Google.

Have a Google for OSSAudioExtractor. Strips audio from video reasonably fast and in a huge range of qualities and formats.

PS. Found you the site: http://www.gold-software.com/OSSAudioExtractor-file3297.html

Edit: It's shareware now. Didn't use to be, but you still get the good old 30 days full function trial... Wink

Thanks for the help guys.

I tried using the software that's provided by the site. For some strange reason, the software won't accept the Quick Time video.

Now, out of nowhere, my hand-held, analog sound recorder finally decided to cooperate. Tongue  I don't know what the hell I did to make it do so, but it worked.

Again, thanks for your help.
