Does anyone happen to know of any FS9 (freeware) sceneries for Bruntingthorpe, Leicestershire, the ex-USAF base, now home to the Cold War Jets museum? I know that one of the UK2000 packs includes it, but I'm trying to search for a freeware option Wink I tried making an AFCAD file for it, so at least it resembled the shape of the airfield, but then it starts going into a lot more depth, more than I'd hope for, for just adding a few taxiways. Any word on the matter would be appreciated Smiley

Mmm, I'm not aware of any...

I had the same situation a few years ago with RAF Wyton, so I got hold of Airport 2.xx, and then latterly FSSC and made it myself (minus buildings) using an imported getmapping photo as a template...

It wouldn't be so bad if the default scenery wasn't just a runway! Like I said, the AFCAD file would make it much better, but I can't get my head round excluding the terrain, so as not to have trees sticking out of the taxiways Roll Eyes It's not just a basic rectangle shape either. Hopefully, someone will eventually make a scenery...and for RAF Wyton! Tongue
