i've been tryin to fly cfs2 online again and now i cant cause each time i join i get a D2P error. what is that and how do i fix it ???

i enjoy long walks on the beach, yummie thai food, and obliterating my enemy's aircraft around them with a hail of bullets from 12 .50s. and/or a 75mm cannon.

Hi,

I used to get this wehn flying with my Windows 98 laptop and using Zone Alarm firewall. Back in those innocent days I used to switch the firewall off... Shocked

Not any more though!

I since switched to XP Home and use Sygate Personal Firewall (also free) and had no problems when flying on the Zone.

You could also try uninstalling your Zone files and then re-installing.

This is surmountable, but may require some fiddling - best of luck!

mOrlOck have you ever thought of joining a online CFS2 squadron.

Its all up to you witch squadron you want to joint. But they should be able to help you to log online better than any body else. Beside it should be fun.

whats that have to do with the DP2 error? nothing. this error is starting to really peeve me off Angry

Did you look at the links I posted - a lot of people have encountered and dealt with this issue, but as I said, it will take a little research and some fiddling about.

If you go into the Zone and send a message into the main chat area, there will probably be someone around who will be able to advise further.
