Well boys and girls its that time when all of us proud PMDG owners get to pull out our stuff and show it off. I was thinking a nice little flight from KLAX to KMSP (for gas) then on to KJFK. Thought we might be able to get some really cool screens up for it too. So heres the run down

When: Ithor Sat at 10pm EST or Monday at 10am EST
PMDG ONLY!!! 747-400 / 737-600~900 / Beech 1900C / D
IP adress: AIRFLYERS.net
Teamspeak: airflyers.net
Realistic tail numbers / Flight numbers will be used along with your name / screen name. Mine will be NWA744 (Cameron)
PM me for approach plates / anything else you may need nav wise (however FMC's should take care of that Wink )

If you rather use skype then say so in your response, also let us know what your tail / flight number is going to be and what aircraft in what livery so we can all see each other correctly. NOTE TO 744 PILOTS: Spwan as the defult 747-400 then switch so that those who dont have $55 to spend can see everyone else.

My info
PMDG 747-400
Northwest Old Colors
NWA744 (Cameon)

See you there
Cameron

I dunno...I own all of PMDG's Products...but the thing is...the other side of the pond really has different times...10 PM EST would mean 4AM in the bleeding morning...maybe some other time... Wink
Thanks for the offer though,

It sounds great! I also own all of those PMDG's, so it would make for some real nice screens.

BUT, even if it's 5PM, it's 11PM where I live, and the flight sounds pretty long..

Plus I need some time to get fully affiliated with those FMC's, unless I took the Beech 19.
By the way, how would we cruise together if one were in Jumbo, and the other in a Beech 19?

It did sound like a blast though! Smiley

I would be wondering about framerates with all that heavy polygon assembled in one place.  It would have the same effect as if you used the PMDG planes for your AI.  If you really DO get a large group of PMDG owners all in one place and at one time.... can each person's machine handle displaying all that stuff and still not be a slide show?

best,

I don't think it would be a slideshow if we all used the Beech 19, though it still wouldnt give 80 FPS, I think it would be playable. Smiley

Don't get me wrong it sounds great, but I still think it needs a little more planning. Smiley
