Some of the BA/Loganair Twin Otters land on the beaches up in the Orkneys and Shetlands on commercial services, so I wouldn't be too suprised by anything! Grin

used to have chipmunks flying over our football field at that height on landing sometimes. From the angle this was shot, the plane looks a little lower than it is. Not much but a little. Grin

Barra ....... the only schedualed airport in the world that's governed by the tides.

The RAF frequently operates C-130 off Pembrey Sands in Wales too...
