Hello......has anyone tried using the FS2004 version of the Airline Callsign cfg File from page 13 of FS2004 Miscellaneous.  Just wondering if it works w/ FS2002.  Thanks for any help.   Smiley

Use the 2002 veresion. The 2004 version you pointed too contains many airlines that neither 2002 nor 2004 can speak by default.

The airline.cfg file does not program the sim to say new names, but rather simply adds airlines that the sim can speak to the list available in the 'airline' drop-down of the 'select aircraft' window.

If there are airlines on this list that the sim is not programmed to speak they will simply be ignored.

To actually add to the list of airlines that the sim can speak requires a program called EditVoicePack, For more info on EditVoicePack, go to their web site, http://www.editvoicepack.com/.

Thanks, Dave.  I think I'll stick to the FS2002 version.  I appreciate the help.
