It seems to be in use for older sims, but most FS9 developers are now using RWY12, GMAX & Obplacer, or (in my case) FSDS2, FSDSMDL, and Obplacer for the 3D objects, and AFCAD2 for the runways/taxiways/roads etc...

Oh well I only design for CFS2! It truly is a great program FSSC is.
