Lots of people say that you can not make airplanes for fs2002 and they say that you need fs2002 professional edition...But they are wrong!  Google search for FSModelExp.dle and download it and put it in your gmax\plugins folder then google for makemdl.exe and copy that into your gmax\plugins folder. Now going under the file menu then export as .bgl fs scenery or .mdl for aircraft.

~hope this helps you.
Happy modeling!

In addition to what he says, look closely at the list of all the contents that comes with the SDK. You can clearly see that it comes with FSmodelexp file.

Brilliant observation, however, as has been pointed out, the latest FS9 SDK includes the necessary converters, etc.

The ONLY thing you have to keep in mind when installing the FS9 gamepack if you only have FS2K2, is to keep makemdl.parts.xml file OUT of the FS2K2 plugin.

Also, you would download the FS2K2 makemdl SDK instead since the FS9 documentation includes features not available in FS2K2.

No need to Google for the exporter!
