I bet it really sucks to be him right now. I mean how unlucky can a person get. I mean all you have to do is remember to call a number and you get a drive in an F1 car.

Was never a big fan of Zanardi when he was in F1, but I really warmed to him after his crash when I saw him in an interview. He said that he wasn't afraid about racing again or the possibility of a similar accident happening, because if it did, they'd simply un-bolt his legs & put new ones back on. He also mentioned that his 'centre of gravity' in the car is almost perfect now.  Grin

He also lost all but 1 pint of his blood as a result of the accident!!

That guy's got a remarkable outlook on life & I for one would dearly love to see him kicking a$$ in F1 again.

they were most likely a little busy dealing with the USGP fiasco to worry about calling someone who should have called them. hes a nice guy, good driver so likely he will be given another chance.
