Sally B is flying again  Grin. Richard Branson is paying the insurance for her to fly for 3 months. If you want to know a more detailed story and pictures of the problem before go http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=photos;action=display;num=...

Thanks for the news although I have mixed feelings about it. I'd much rather they sorted out this fiasco properly instead of simply paying up. This doesn't only affect Sally B. The latest victim was the Meteor NF.11 at Kemble on Sunday. Roll Eyes

I like Branson- he's OK in my book. That's good news, and- holy cow, Doug, how did I miss that set of B17 shots?! Fantastic! And to think I feel I spend too much time looking at pictures here as it is...! Grin

Fantastic news, but not a solution. This needs sorting out now before we loose these superb aircraft forever. The latest threat is from the CAA who are looking to up costs for all vintage and light aircraft. Get those photos now whilst you can because soon the only place you will see a Spitfire in flight will be on Discovery Channel.
