Mine is the Spitfire, lush engine and it looks amazing.  A close contender to that is the Hurricane, probably the most under-rated WW2 aircraft.  I love them both!

It was a close tie between the Me262 and the P-51, but I had to go with the 262. It was so ahead of its time, and it just looks awsome. Tongue

P.S. why are the results hidden?

i hid them so that people would be 100% honest and not try to follow the trend like in a lot of polls i have done before.  its a poll just out of interest to check popularity.  The 262 is a good choice, all of the aircraft in this poll are planes that i admire so to speak, but good choice.

Oh, makes sense. My only gripe about your poll is that the P-39 isnt listed, but I seem to be the only person with such an affinity for that aircraft, so its understandable. Wink

Why is there never an "other" choice on these polls?  Undecided

.....oh yeah and what was that guys name again? Boing? Bang? Bing?  hhmmmm.......maybe it was .............BONG?.?

You'd think that the aircraft flown by the highest scoring american ace might rate a spot on the list.  Roll Eyes  Lips Sealed

Hawker Hurricane. Not beautiful, but undeniably handsome.

Had to choose between either the Zero or the FW-190  Because the were for a period kings of the sky! Gone wit the zero since it's ma favorite cfs2 plane!

The problem is that every man and his son will have an opinion and almost everyone will complain as to why THEIR favourite is not there.

Well, the results are in.  As could be guessed, the Supermarine Spitfire was the winner, with 6 votes out of 13.  Thanks to everyone that voted.
