For Doug and all you other guys who have been posting those great classic shots recently, I submit this site for you to have a quick look at.....

I discovered it while looking for a photo of a DC3 being used as a McDonalds Restaurant.    I found it, and a lot of other sad static DC3's as well.

Worth a look in between taking your own shots...

I was recently complaining about a lack of classic stuff over here for me to point my digital camera at - looks like I need to get out and about a bit more...

Amazing to read about 5 DR1s in the air at once.  I wonder where they all came from and if they were replicas?

They would be replicas. The last flying genuine WW1 German aircraft was the LVG C. VI at the Shuttleworth Collection, which was grounded at the end of 2003 (or was it 2002?) to go to the RAF Museum.
