What does a SAAB-340 and an LC-130 have in common? (Read 169 times)

They have been seen at my local airport, KITH

The first is the addition of a new airline. Instead of seeing the blue USAirways SAAB-340 all the time, we now get to see the Northwest airlink SAAB-340 also. This was big news because we had only the one carrier here.

The other day we were blessed to see an LC-130 Doing several touch and goes here.  If I am correct, there is only one place that has these planes and to see them is a rarity

there both turbo props??
they can ahve the same tail number.
Used by the same Airfore(donno if saab 340s are  in airforce tho)
