Am I right to assume that if I download an aircraft from , let's say Avsim, and the panelor sound is either not there or not to my liking, I can just delete the relevant folder from the downloaded aircraft and cut and paste whatever I need from a FS2002 default aircraft and put it into the downloaded aircrafts file??

Do I need to do anything else if this is correct?

Providing you use Copy/Paste & not Cut/Paste that would work fine. Wink

You could also download a suitable 3rd party panel from the Panel section here or other FS sites.

If you want to use an existing sound or panel package it would be more efficient to alias them http://www.simviation.com/lair/aliasing1.htm
