CT, I use Pinnacle Studio 9.  Sony Vegas also has a burn feature, but like I mentioned (I think I did, there has been so much video talk lately I can't remember where I said what) I am not a huge fan of Vegas, so 99% of my DVD authoring is in PS9.

Your profile shows you in the US, so I'd go with NTSC.  PAL is more of a European format.

PAL is used in Asia and Enurope. America uses NTSC. Theres no real difference in image quality. If your target audience (or rather target media device) is American, go with NTSC and vice versa if you audience is european/asian.

I used Adobe Encore..... Went to burn and transcode.... Guess what, the Transcoding crashed about 25% through and my whole system kinda went wacko.... I tried this 5 times to the same effect..... Any ideas? Also What format should I have the videos in? I have the School Computer guy working on it now and the WMV Format Fraps and windows movie maker made is really stressing him and myself! Cheers, Needs all the help in the world... Gunny
