Looks like there are two airport entries for that airport.
Had you installed anything for that airfield or area in the past?
I know YOU had to have installed it right commoner so no need to go there.
But somewhere there is a duplicate entry or duplicate textures running for that field. I suspect a duplicate runway entry somewhere because you are on the orig. RW and the vehicles are running on the road that is PROBABLY hidden by the orig. runway textures.

Thanks Fireman.... I emailed the author and he put me on the right track.......lovely now and very interesting ......commoner
PS......for your interest, the AF2_RPVB.bgl file was put into the Addon Scenery folder instead of the Bacolod Scenery folder by the installer..... ???

Ah, that's why always go MANUAL installs. Long time ago, my thumb must have hit a key and I installed some stuff for FS2k that went somewhere that really messed up my FS2k FS until I hunted everything down. Dang THUMB!!
