Hello, I was consider getting active sky and I was wondering if theres any impact on frame rate for FS2004?

it really depends on the weather i'd say. but normally i don't really see a big impact on frames, except when you use the weather radar, that can drop your frames a bit.

Mainly it all depends on what your performance settings are in the sim..

ie you have it set for maximum detail in the sim you are going to get worse performance in general, but the active sky has not decreased my FPS count no.. Wink
