This is for Nexus or anyone else that likely owns Flight 1's Meridian.  I am longing for a high quality, fast GA single and have been considering the Meridian but one consideration wold give it the value edge for me. I know the realityxp Garmin and Meggit gauges come with it.  I am wondering if the Garmin is full function.  Also, would it be possible to use the included realityxp gauges in other panels for my own personal use or are they coded to prevent it without some key or hasn't anyone attempted that yet?  Thanks.

If you are interested there is the freeware AFG Pilatus PC 12 which is a very nice single engine turbo prop. As for the Meridian, I dont have it, but I would assume the Garmin is locked to that panel, just like their Bonanza A36. As far as using it for other panels I doubt it is possible... ???

Well, too bad if it is. I would like if I could get the full rxp Garmin and Meggit gauges and be able to use them on other planes.  I mean, I want the Meridian but I would also like the rxp gauges to but limited money to work with.  If I cold get 2 I want with one purchase, it would stretch my add-on funds.  I already have the AFG Pilatus. Yes, its a very nice freeware plane. I fly it often.  I also have it enhanced with a KLN-90 GPS that is full function except for the flight planner. It still reads the FS flight plan but direct to, map, calc functions, nav aid database and much more work just as in the actual KLN-90.  It is a beta I am testing for someone and I can't say who or share it, he intends to eventually retail it for minimal fee so I must keep it to myself for now.  But, I really would like to hear from someone who owns the Meridian, if I can use the rxp gauges in it on other planes and if the Garmin is the full rxp model or not.  I was just looking at the A36 and I see it also has the WX radar.  It sounds as if you have it and tried to import the gauges into other aircrafts.  I guess it makes sense ifthey include rxp stuff that rxp would want it all hard coded.  Afterall, if simmers only needed to buy certain planes and have full freedom with rxp's stuff they would have no need to buy rxp's stuff seperatly and they would make no money.

Yes I do have the Bonanza A36, it says somewhere in the manual that the RXP gauges cant be used on other panels, so I havent even tried it to see....most of my panels are filled up anyway, so no place to put it anyway....
